This is the worst post office I've dealt with in 20 years. The employees have no respect for customers, are rude, unhelpful, and ignorant. Especially the older lady with glasses. Every time I go in there, I know there's going to be a problem! Amazon doesn't operate there. They close the store whenever they want during the day, no notes or explanations. There's always no one at the post office or they go on a break and say they'll be back in 5 minutes. I made my purchase in 20 minutes, and I still went back and chased them, only the line was longer. They lie to customers all the time. They're lazy and don't do their jobs competently. Unfortunately, I have many examples to share, but the message would be too long. They should definitely replace the people who work there.

Post office counter has been closed for over a week. Open now, but no staff in to run it. This is a regular issue, and down to appalling mismanagement. This is not the fault of the customer service assistants, rather down to the lack of any cohesive management structure.

Doesnt deserve 1 star. Absolute joke of a shop and post office which takes away from the good that others do.
Accepted parcels recently from DPD despite the fact their scanners are down yet again so I cannot retrieve a parcel even though they have it .
Their operating hours quoted on their website are never adhered to and they seem to pick and choose when the shop is open. I suspect those managing and working happily being paid for non working hours too.
I tried to reasonably work and agree a solution to retrieve a parcel on saturday (that is stuck due to their lack of system) and the young lady there just shrugged hers shoulders and proceeded to then go on her mobile phone. Morrisons and Royal mail need to take a good look at how this store is being managed as its damaging reputations . Some basic customer service severely lacking also.

if i could give 0 stars I would. they're never open when they say they are. The phone number won't connect snd they are refusing to give me my parcel because yet again their scanner 'isn't working'. I wish Royal Mail would sort this place out.
